Detailed Surveys: Beyond Simple Valuation

The aim of my appraisals is to provide a complete picture of the condition of the boat, its accessories and installations. It is a report that presents a detailed description that conveys the true condition of the boat to the buyer.

My intention is to inform the potential buyer by accurately describing, but in clear language, the presence of any problems or deterioration.

Structure of the Report: The report is organised in paragraphs dedicated to the scrupulous analysis of every aspect of the boat. These include the hull, structures, systems and engine, as well as sailing equipment and fittings.

Advice and Refit: Each of my reports includes a detailed section on recommended work and the repair of any faults found. This section provides clear and practical recommendations for improving the condition of the boat.

Focus on Improvements: I not only highlight the negative aspects, but also provide suggestions for possible improvements. My intention is to guide the buyer not only in understanding the critical issues, but also with a view to improving the boat.
