Our history
The history of SEA – Superyacht Experts Alliance has its roots in the experience and passion of Stefano Pisano, a marine surveyor with a long career dedicated to the inspection, diagnosis and valuation of high-end boats. Over the years, Stefano has developed in-depth expertise in all aspects of the condition and safety of superyachts and large vessels, from hull expertise to systems, from structures to mechanics.
This personal journey gave rise to the idea of SEA: transforming individual experience into a collective reality, creating a company specialising in the nautical sector that could offer an integrated, high-quality consultancy service. What began as a personal project has evolved into a true alliance of professionals, where the founder’s vision is enriched by the skills of a team of highly qualified experts.
Our yacht management services
With our yacht management service, we offer comprehensive and personalised management of your vessel. You can enjoy your boat to the fullest while we take care of the operational, technical, administrative and legal aspects.

Technical management
We coordinate and supervise all maintenance operations, both routine and non-routine. We work with shipyards and suppliers, oversee repairs and carry out regular technical inspections to ensure that your yacht remains in optimal operating and safety conditions at all times.
Financial management
We prepare the annual operating budget and monitor all expenses. Detailed and transparent reporting ensures effective cost monitoring and control.
Administration
We take care of all the necessary paperwork, insurance policies, licences, boat registration and ensure compliance with all applicable national and international maritime regulations.
Travel planning
We assist you in planning itineraries, booking moorings, organising supplies and coordinating on-board logistics, ensuring smooth and safe sailing experiences.
Legal management
We provide legal assistance for contract negotiation, property matters, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution. We also provide assistance with transactions relating to the purchase, sale or charter of yachts.
Crew management
We handle the recruitment, selection, hiring and training of the on-board crew. We manage contracts, payroll, scheduling and all operational requirements related to the crew’s life and work.
